For Paper Presenters.
Submissions: The deadline for completed papers is February 2, 2015. Papers must be double-spaced and submitted by e-mail to [email protected]. Your discussant has been advised that he/she may refuse to discuss any paper that is received in insufficient time to permit him/her to prepare an acceptable critique. It is a sign of respect for your discussant that you give him/her enough time to prepare comments on the paper.
Presentations: The oral presentation at the conference must be no more than 15 minutes in length. Presenters should prepare comments outlining the major points of their papers. Please try to avoid reading your paper verbatim from the text. Try to focus on the highlights (e.g. purpose of study, method, problems, findings, conclusions).

- Arriving early at the session and arranging the order of speaking with participants. Please reiterate the time limits during this discussion (15 minutes for paper presentations and 10-15 minutes for discussants).
